Bridges are collapsing, strange accidents, memos and counter memos are either questioning or supporting the sit-tight attitude of President Paul Biya who has been in power for 34 years and who apparently spends most of his year out of his country; at a time when Common Law lawyers have addressed him a memorandum and are in for an indefinite strike action if the worries listed therein are not looked into.
